For many, it has become a way to earn money without the control of big banks or governments.<\/p>\n<p>\nComputers solve cryptographic equations tied up in blocks of data. Once an equation is solved, the computer validates and records it on the blockchain. One of the advantages of crypto mining is that there is no central authority that dictates a miner\u2019s actions.
